|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — I have been here 2 years now and I love the place. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. The location is great, you have easy access to everything being right off 17 and 26. The staff is attentive and super friendly, you can tell they really care about the residents. I have had no issues with my unit, it is well maintained, and I have a little yard for my pup. I love it here

|Recommended: YesQuiet — My family moved here in November of 2023. We have not had any major issues with the front office or maintenance. Any maintenance request we put in, were taken care of immediately. It is quiet out here. There is plenty of parking and everyone minds their business.
|Recommended: YesSafe Spacious Townhome — Myself, husband and small son live in 3Br townhome. It has a lovely little fenced in yes for our dog, and plenty of room for our family. The neighbors are kind and the area quiet. Home are older with general wear and tear, and older appliances. The staff is kind to fix things when needed, easy to talk to in person when in the office.
